Harbor Command
★★★★☆ 4.3
Harbor Command drops you in charge of a small coastal port and asks you to juggle trade, construction and the occasional raid. It's real-time but never frantic, which suits touch controls well. You queue up ships, assign dock workers, and decide whether to spend on walls or on another warehouse.
The clever bit is the pressure between growth and defense. Expand too fast and a raid wipes out your undefended docks; turtle up too much and rival ports out-trade you. I spent a good while finding a balance I liked, and the game respects that you might want to play slow.
Menus are clean and the tutorial doesn't babysit you for too long. On a tablet it's genuinely comfortable to play for an hour.
